Cascades Bible Church seeks to develop an active Children’s ministry that will assist parents in raising their children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. At Cascades we believe that parents have the responsibility to train their children; however, we also see a great opportunity for the entire church body to offer assistance in that process. Our goal is that we instill in our children the Word of God in hopes that the Lord will save them through the gospel and train them to walk in a manner worthy of Him.
All classes are taught by vetted and gifted church members who are committed to teaching and applying the Word of God.
Children’s Church
Sunday Mornings during the Worship Service
Ages 4 – 9 years old
Each Sunday morning after our worship through music, Scripture reading, and prayer, and prior to the sermon, children ages 4 – 9 years old are dismissed to attend Children’s Church. During this time we seek to teach children the whole counsel of God through age appropriate lessons and activities.
Cascades Bible uses a curriculum called “Generations of Grace.” Generations of Grace is a biblically-based and God-centered Sunday school curriculum designed for children three years old through the sixth grade. Over a three-year period, this curriculum covers the Old Testament, the life of Christ, and lessons from Acts and Revelation.
